As an Applebee’s Bartender you will craft outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, creating a great bar experience for both staff and customers. You will work in a friendly, fast‑paced environment, supporting the service team and ensuring high standards for every drink.

• Mix and serve beverages according to company‑approved recipes.
• Greet and communicate with customers and staff in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Monitor inventory and alert management of shortages.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including the use of protective coverings, disinfectants, and mask policies.

• Minimum age 21 (per state law).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain stationary for up to four hours and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Commitment to making a positive impact on guests and team members.

Applebee’s bartenders start at minimum wage up to $16.28/hour, with additional earnings from tips.

• Ability to remain stationary and maintain well‑paced mobility for up to four hours in length.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Capacity to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen roughly 30 times per shift.
• Proficiency in speaking clearly and listening attentively to staff and dining room personnel.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.
• Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands with sanitizing soap regularly during the shift.
