Job Overview

Join the Host role at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar. You will greet guests, assist servers, and maintain flow.

• Greet guests at door with warm welcome and smile.
• Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
• Maintain overall guest flow of the restaurant.

• At least 17 years old.
• Effective communication with others.

Compensation:
Hosts start at minimum wage up to $20/hour plus (tips) tip-out.

• Ability to remain stationary for up to four (4) hours.
• Exert well‑paced mobility for long periods.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Transport plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, kitchen.
• Wear protective hand coverings throughout entire shift.
• Wear protective face coverings and/or masks throughout entire shift.
• Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout entire shift.
• Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
