The Operations Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by performing various operations functions within the store. The position is an early‑morning shift and involves working with a team to perform pre‑opening activities.

• Customer Service – Assist customers with questions or requests and provide a welcoming experience.
• Execute pricing and signage – Update ticket prices and product signage accurately and efficiently.
• Restock merchandise – Prepare and supply goods to the sales floor ensuring customers find the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Unload trucks and organize inventory in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Support omnichannel initiatives – Contribute to Buy Online Pickup In Store, Ship From Store, Order Delivery and Returns, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Implement merchandising strategy – Follow leadership plans to place merchandise and maintain high standards.
• Participate in continuous learning – Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

• Results – Solve problems, make smart decisions that drive sales and customer service, and inspire strong performance.
• Ownership – Provide great customer service, build positive relationships, and take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity – Proactively improve the customer experience, show confidence and courage, and act with energy and urgency.
• Work Experience – 1‑2 years retail experience.
