the starting hourly rate is $19.50 usd per hour. Pay ranges from $19.50 usd to $29.25 usd per hour.

you can work as much or as little as you like as an on-demand team member (tm) and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those who are looking for a personalized work schedule.

as an on-demand tm, you will not be included on the posted weekly schedule, but rather have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the mytime mobile scheduling app.

when you choose to pick up a shift, reliable and prompt attendance is necessary. We also ask for your active engagement by picking up and working shifts once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Flexibility can be granted in certain circumstances, but you must respond to our attempts to contact you to confirm your interest. If you do not respond or work at least one shift within 5 months, your employment may be terminated.

should you be offered a position as an on-demand tm, you will be required to attend a target welcome orientation and complete a short‑term structured training schedule.

advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations. Their roles include in‑store and digital services, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent guest experience at check‑lanes, guest services, gift registry, pickup, and drive‑up.

• scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and best practices.
• work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• inform guests of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• speak to the benefits of target loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign‑up as needed.
• help guests use wallet and other features within the target app.
• attempt every return and follow register prompts, partnering with leaders as needed.
• partner with leaders to de‑escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
• deliver easy and accurate service to all order pick up, drive up, and registry guests.
• maintain a clean, clutter‑free work area.
• stock supplies during store open hours while being available for guests.
• demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• work in a safe manner at all times; comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• support guest services such as order pick up, drive‑up orders, and returns while maintaining compliance with adult beverage laws.
• support cash office processes, including management of cash systems.
