Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bellingham, WA. The Sales Specialist will assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process, from identifying their needs to finalizing the sale. Responsibilities include conducting customer consultations, showcasing vehicles, explaining financing options, and delivering a seamless, customer-focused experience. Sales Specialists are expected to build and maintain customer relationships while achieving individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences and resolving customer inquiries.
• Experience in sales with the ability to achieve sales targets and close deals consistently.
• Capability to assist with training and supporting colleagues or new team members in sales processes and customer service standards.
• Experience in sales management is an asset but not required; leadership potential is desirable.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
