The Customer Service/Sales associate provides fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.
Responsibilities include greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in their department, and handling basics in adjacent departments. Associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe, and follow all safety policies & standards.
Base pay range$17.50/hr - $20.50/hr
