• Willing to work hard, able to learn and follow instructions.
• Completed 10th grade of high school.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Preferred:
  Basic construction experience.
• Preferred:
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Ability to operate a manual transmission.

6 to 10 hours per day, 4 to 6 days per week.

• $20 to $36 per hour, depending on experience, talents and ambition.

• Performs tasks involving physical labor at residential, commercial, civil, industrial or agricultural projects.
• May operate hand and power tools of all types; air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other tools and equipment.
• May excavate and prepare sites, dig trenches, set forms or braces, clean up rubble and debris.
• Assists concrete finishers in placing concrete.
• Cleans and maintains tools, trucks and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
