Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to launch your accounting career with a stable, growing company? We're looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Main Office in Bellmawr, NJ!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Accounting Team by:
- Processing and following up on high-volume invoices
- Ensuring vendors and suppliers are paid accurately and on time
- Communicating with vendors and internal teams
- Keeping everything running smoothly and on deadline
- At least 1 year of A/P, A/R, Billing or Administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong math skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ideal Work Hours – Monday to Friday only! No weekends!
