This is a full‑time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based at our Bellmawr, NJ (Camden County) financial center, 301 West Browning Road. Employees must be available during branch operation hours (no Sundays).
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of small business customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all banking needs. Build strong relationships to understand their business objectives and provide tailored recommendations for banking products and services.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through various channels, including outbound campaign calls, inbound contact center inquiries, and in‑person engagement. Identify sales opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals (()
- Utilize the CRM system to promote a variety of banking solutions, maintaining proficiency in deposit accounts, consumer and small business lending, credit cards, investment options, and digital solutions. Provide customers with a one‑stop experience covering all their financial needs.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Recognize that role demands vary with center traffic and customer needs; demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in allocating time across proactive sales conversations, distributed work model tasks, and transaction processing while deliveringiolet customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- Provide transactional support for customers on an as‑needed basis.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience; specialty in business or related. (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of demonstrated sales experience. (Required)
- 3 or more years of customer service experience. (Required)
- 2 or more years of prior banking experience (preferably small business). (Preferred)
- Notary Public (Potential).
- Pro‑active and result‑oriented. (Required)
- Highly collaborative with partners, management, and center teams. (Required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs‑based conversations. (Required)
- Desire clicar to serve as a sales/service expert for small business clients. (Required)
The hourly rate for this position is $21.59 - $35.96. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package:

This role may perform other duties as assigned by the manager. All employees are accountable for reading, understanding, and acting on the company's compliance programs, regulations, and policies. Employees must ensure compliance with applicable compte laws and regulations, and report any risks to the appropriate level of management.
This position may require you to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Incumbents who are required to register will be notified in writing.
