Primary Responsibilities

• Performs mandatory temperature checks for everyone entering the facility.
• Conducts proper screenings of persons upon entry to the facility.
• Distribute face masks.
• Consistently clean and disinfect assigned work spaces/areas.
• Continuously observe for safety hazards and persons needing assistance.
• Acts upon inquiries if within the scope of their authority or routes it to the proper authority.
• Controls, regulates, and directs pedestrian traffic.
• Provide excellent customer service to our patients and guests.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce all procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year’s experience in a health care or related field preferred and at least three (3) years of customer service experience. Health and administration background preferred.

Additional Requirements:

May be required to work flexible hours. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
