HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southern Vermont) is hiring a dynamic and energetic Community Integration Specialist to support residents in Bellows Falls. This position includes group facilitation, one-on-one support, community integration activities, employment support, and partnership building.

• Pro-rated 3 weeks paid vacation at start
• 9 paid holidays

• Competitive pay: $22.50–$26.36 per hour

• Facilitate group activities and community integration projects weekly.
• Provide one-on-one support and role modeling to residents.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and maintain relationships with community partners.
• Implement basic executive functioning skills such as memory, problem solving, emotional regulation, focus, and action.
• Work as a component of a treatment team and incorporate residents' interests/skills into their work.

• Basic experience with projects such as small evaporator operations, gardening, employment support, and partnership building.
• Creative, flexible, dependable, and motivated to challenge themselves.
• Ability to connect with residents one-on-one and collaborate with treatment teams.
