Admin Assistant - Temporary Ongoing Role
Location: Bellshill
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm
About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Bellshill. This is a temporary ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent. You'll gain valuable experience in transport and logistics operations while working consistent hours in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing transport schedules and coordinating deliveries
- Preparing and processing transport documentation
- Communicating with drivers and internal teams
- Updating databases and maintaining accurate records
- Handling calls and emails
- General administrative duties
- Using Microsoft Office systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous admin or transport experience preferred (not essential)
- Consistent weekday hours
- Supportive team environment
- Immediate start available
- Opportunity to go permanent
