United Kingdom Equans is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team on the TT Commercial Estate contract based from our offices located in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Contract Administrator, you will report to the Account Manager and provide a professional service to colleagues and managers, providing direction and assistance to operations personnel.

What will you deliver?

Excellent communication skills, including answering telephone calls, communicating with Engineers, Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required.

Assigning work to soft services providers to ensure all consumables, waste, window cleaning, Pest Control, contractual obligations are met fully.

Collating meter readings, chasing engineers for completion, and associated reporting.

Daily reactive reporting to the client.

Assigning subcontractor reactive work orders to the relevant subcontractor.

Ensuring Sub-contractor Planner is accurately maintained at all times.

Completion of the monthly client performance dashboard report.

Raising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices with meticulous attention to detail.

Problem solving – assisting with operational problems and finding a resolution through CAFM systems, Coupa, SAP, Egencia etc.

Assisting the Account Manager with all aspects of the operation including but not limited to booking travel, organising meetings, completing Spreadsheets and writing performance reports.

Proficient IT skills; with the ability to use various computer packages proficiently, including, SAP, Planon, Coupa, Word and Excel.(Training on SAP/Planon & Coupa). Also accessing and updating Customers Portals.

Other administrative duties as required to support business needs.

Who are you?

Previous experience within Administration is desirable.

Proficient user of MS Office Applications including Word and Excel. Ideally a working knowledge of SAP, Planon and Coupa, although training will be given on these applications.

A professional and courteous manner is required at all times; ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and customers.

Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage and organise heavy workloads, prioritising relevant business needs.

Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to understand and liaise with others.
