Tier 1 Building Contractor in Bellshill is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a permanent basis. The role involves preparing budgets, negotiating costs, and managing subcontractor relationships on high-profile projects.
Requirements include a Degree in Quantity Surveying and extensive construction experience, with strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts and excellent communication skills. DOE salary £48,000–£54,000 plus benefits.
