EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator for a part-time role in Bellshill, working 20 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off shift basis. The role involves answering calls, live call logging, and providing first-line support for electric vehicle charging customers.
Ideal candidates will have FM helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work to strict SLAs. A competitive salary band of £14,664 – £15,392 is offered along with various benefits including annual leave and discounts.
