Assistant Utility Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Utility Surveyor to join our busy Surveys Department s is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn on the job and gain hands on experience. If you have a full UK driving licence and are comfortable working away from home, we would welcome your application.
Full training will be provided.

A one-stop-shop for pre- and post-construction services. Inge’s six service categories are: site investigation, testing, unexploded ordnance, water wells, geothermal, and geo-environmental.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain vehicles and equipment before and after site visits
* Set up and operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, EML, and GPR under the guidance of surveyors
* Ensure all quality control procedures are consistently followed on site
* Load and unload survey equipment, keeping accurate records and submitting daily site sheets
* Support post-processing of survey data and help compile survey reports and AutoCAD drawings
* Contribute to marketing efforts by sharing images, text, and updates of your work
What We’re Looking For:
* Full valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) and/or 2 A levels
* Enthusiasm to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Comfortable working away from home
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
