Energi. Aboutthe Role Reportingtothe Principal Engineer ,youllcarryoutawiderangeofelectricaldesigntasksacrossindustrial,commercial,andpublicsectorprojects.

Thisincludesconceptanddetaileddesignduringpre-constructionandtenderstages,reviewing third-party drawings/specs,andcontributingto

PCSAsandinvestment-grade proposals. Youllbepartofateamofelectricalengineers,responsiblefordesigningelectricalplantlayouts,switch rooms,substations,cableandequipmentsizing,lightingandcontainmentsystems,andgeneralbuildingservices.

HVdesignexperienceisaplus. In addition,you'llmanageandsupportjuniorengineers,assigning tasks,reviewing work,andensuringprojectdeliverablesaremetontimeandwithinprogramme.

Key Duties:

Electricaldesignworkduringpre-constructionstagesandduringprojectdeliveryasrequiredbythedepartmentsworkload. Responsibleforthetimelyexecutionofelectricaldesigndeliverablesontender/bid projects Daytodaydecisionmakingontendersandprojects.

Providesadvicetointernalstakeholdersandclients Takesaholisticviewintheselectionandapplicationofengineeringconceptsandsolutions Represent Vital Energiattechnicalmeetingswithcustomers ,professionalteamsandcontractorteams Ensureengineeringcalculationsanddrawingsmeetrequiredrobustindustryandlegalstandards Surveyandreportonexistingelectricalinstallations Workwithinmulti-disciplinaryworkwinningteamstodelivertechnicallycomplianttenders Leadonthecoordinationofengineeringservices Engageequipmentvendorsupplychaintoensureelectricalequipmentselectionsarevalidtechnically,specification compliant,valueformoneyandavailablewithinprogramme Haveanawarenessofcostimplicationswithindesign. The Person :
