Stock Admin Assistant

• To record stock movements on a computerised system
• Good attention to detail and an accurate and precise way of working to ensure all documentation and data is correct.
• Numerate and PC literate combined with good communication skills.
• Use a scanner during the operational processes.
• Cycle counting of stock.
• All activities to be compliant and in support of the contractual KPI targets.
• Conduct and behaviour to be compliant with Wincanton Health & Safety guidelines and legislation.
• A range of duties to support the operational efficiency and general housekeeping and hygiene standards of the site.
• The ability to operate a range of MHE would be an advantage.
• Able to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.
• A proactive, flexible and "can do" attitude to resolving issues and challenges.
• Able to work as part of a team but also independently and to show initiative.

• The individual needs to be able to demonstrate attention to detail and an accurate and precise way of working.
• PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, including a minimum of a basic understanding of Microsoft Office as required.
• Ability to work as part of a team but also independently and to show initiative.
• Flexibility is required regarding shift patterns.
• Possess a positive attitude with a keen and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to use IT Systems in accordance with training provided.
• Attention to detail required to assume quality checking/quality control.
• Ability to train others to a high standard.

Compliance with manual handling procedures

Must have driving license and own transport.
