Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full‑time Asbestos Consultant (Surveyor/Analyst) to join our team in Bellshill. This on‑site role involves conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring in compliance with current regulations and client requirements. The responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing samples, preparing reports, and advising clients on asbestos management strategies. The role may also require liaising with clients to understand their needs and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
Qualifications- Experience in conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing samples in accordance with UKAS standards
- Strong report‑writing and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of current asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison
- Proficiency in standard office software and technology
- P402, P403, and P404 certifications, or equivalent qualifications are required
- A valid UK driver’s license
