McLaughlin and Harvey is seeking an IT Service Desk Administrator to act as the first point of contact for internal support calls, providing troubleshooting and guidance for software and hardware within a hybrid UK role. The position requires basic Windows OS/Office knowledge and a proactive attitude to learning.
You will manage user tickets, assist colleagues, and help imaging, deployment and asset tracking while adhering to SLAs and internal processes across our UK operations.
