The Apprenticeship Guide is seeking a Digital Helpdesk Apprentice in Bellshill. This full-time role offers an Advanced Apprenticeship (Level
3) with a salary of £18,000 per year.
You will provide telephone technical support, use remote tools, log detailed notes, progress calls to SLA, and assist with on-site visits, installations and software rollouts. Full training and mentorship are provided throughout your programme, with on-the-job guidance to help you gain the nationally recognised SCQF
