The Apprenticeship Guide is seeking a Digital Helpdesk Apprentice to join a busy IT department in Bellshill. This Advanced apprenticeship (level
3) starts at £18,000 per year and runs 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on site at New Alderston House.
You will provide telephone technical support to schools and local authorities, perform remote problem solving, update systems in real time, and assist with site visits and software rollouts while working towards the SCQF Level 6 qualification.
