Our client is a growing Microsoft Solutions Partner, delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations to manufacturing clients across a range of sectors. As the practice continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Central Manufacturing Manager to lead on manufacturing focused projects and act as the go to expert within the team.

You'll take the lead on Business Central implementations for manufacturing clients, from initial scoping and process mapping through to configuration, testing and go live. Working closely with clients, you'll get under the skin of their production processes, whether that's discrete, process or job shop manufacturing, and translate that into a Business Central solution that actually works for them.
You'll also play a key role in shaping the manufacturing practice as it grows, mentoring junior consultants, feeding into pre sales and scoping conversations, and helping build out repeatable methodology and best practice for manufacturing projects going forward.

Solid hands on experience configuring and implementing the Business Central Manufacturing module is essential, along with a genuine understanding of manufacturing processes such as production orders, BOMs, routings, capacity planning and supply planning. Experience gained within an MSP or Microsoft Partner environment is important, as is comfort working directly with clients rather than purely behind the scenes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, along with the ability to lead a project through to a successful go live. Experience mentoring or managing junior consultants would be an advantage but isn't essential.
