Night Shift

Salary: £53,664 + Amazing Benefits

Hours:

48 hours per week Monday-Thursday 17:00 – 05:00 (including 1 hour paid lunch)

• Experienced in the commercial vehicle painting industry within a role such as Vehicle Paint Technician/ HGV Painter/ Specialist Vehicle Painter/ Municipal Vehicle Painter/ Vehicle Paint Sprayer/ HGV Paint Sprayer/ LCV Paint Sprayer/ LCV Painter
• Knowledge of paint products and application as well as colour mixing experience.
• 2 Pack & metallic paint.
• Good preparation of vehicles before painting.
• Basic knowledge of panel repair process.
• Painting & re-finishing of LCV or HGV bodywork
• Ability to follow instructions and technical data.
• A sense of urgency – able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Multi-tasking and organisational skills.
• Proactive with a strong attention to detail.

• As the Vehicle Paint Technician you will be responsible for preparation of HGVs and LCVs for painting
• Carry out HGV and LCV re-paint & re-finishing.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Ensure materials used are appropriate for the task.
• Complete all necessary paperwork recording time and materials used.
• Ensure appropriate PPE worn and always maintained.
• Keep workspace tidy.
• Always follow Health & Safety guidelines.
• Efficient use of all materials used in the repair & painting process.
