Mobile Janitor

Equans is looking for a Mobile Janitor to join our team working across North Lanarkshire Schools, Bellshill, ML4 3LR
on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Typical shift times are as below:

This role operates on a rota basis across a two‑week period, covering early, mid, and back shifts, including some weekend working. Flexibility is important, and shift times may vary depending on the site.

• Early:
  Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00
• Back:
  Monday – Friday, 14:00 – 21:15
• Saturday: 08:00 – 12:15

• 5 days over 7
• Early:
  Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00

• Monday – Wednesday, 08:00 – 16:00
• Saturday & Sunday, 09:00 – 16:15
• Back:
  Monday – Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work (travel expenses provided).

• Opening and closing school premises safely
• Carrying out basic cleaning and site checks
• Responding to emergency situations and following procedures
• Supporting site security, including liaising with emergency services if required
