As a Linehaul Operations Supervisor you will lead a team of operatives and drivers to achieve service level targets, maintain safety compliance and drive continuous improvement in a busy freight processing environment.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern
37.50 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 01:00 (flexibility for earlier shifts required)

Salary
£35,131.92 per annum, additional pay for unsociable hours will apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers across the linehaul operation.
• Motivating team members, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
• Planning, setting and monitoring service level targets, taking action to achieve them.
• Educating team on business goals, service objectives and safety best practices.
• Maintaining safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.

Qualifications & Experience

• Desirable:
  Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment.
• Strong leadership, time‑management and detail orientation.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused communication skills.
