They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller fortheir Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Bellshill.
What You’ll Be Doing- Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
- Allocatingwork to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
- Monitoringprogress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
- Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repairprocess
- Promotinga safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment
- Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
