They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller fortheir Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Bellshill.

• Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
• Allocatingwork to technicians based on skills, workload, and priorities
• Monitoringprogress, quality, and productivity, resolving any issues that arise
• Liaising with parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repairprocess
• Promotinga safe, compliant, and well-organised working environment

• Proven experience in a workshop controller, senior technician, or similar role within the accident repair industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
