Chill Packer / Yard Operative – Bellshill

Hourly Rate: £12.37 + Overtime & Premium Pay

Contract: Full-Time | 5 Days Over 7 | Rotating Shifts

We’re looking for reliable and motivated Chill Packers / Yard Operatives to join our busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment with great pay and excellent overtime rates.

• Dayshift: 05:30 start
• Backshift: 13:30 start
• Occasional Night shift: 21:30 start Flexibility is essential as shifts rotate across these times.

• Basic Rate: £12.37 per hour
• Saturday: 1.25 × basic hourly rate
• Sunday: 1.5 × basic hourly rate
• Public Holidays: 2 × basic hourly rate
• Unsociable Hours (6 PM – 4 AM): +23%
• Overtime (above 39 hours): 1.5 × basic hourly rate

• Pack milk and cream within the chill area into trolleys or pallets
• Operate robotic packers and shrink‑wrappers
• Use manual handling aids (Mastermover, Viper, pallet wrapper)
• Manage waste streams and recyclable packaging
• Clean trailers and empty trolleys
• Complete paperwork for full traceability
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

• Previous experience in despatch or cold store work (desirable)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and proactive approach
