Food Production Operatives

Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced food production operatives on a temp to perm contract for a well-established food manufacturing company based in Bellshill.

The shifts are 4 on 4 off, 11 hour shifts.

Start times can vary between 5am/6am/7am/8.30am.

Location:

Bellshill

Shifts:

4 on 4 off 11hrs shift

Time: 5am/6am/7am/8.30am start

Pay: £12.89

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to read and understand production plan
Identifying and decanting raw materials into food containers
Weighing out batches to agreed recipes and methods
Knowledge of mixer settings/ensuring mixing procedures are followed
Knowledge of rack oven programmes
Ensure paperwork and records are accurately recorded
Adhere to product spec and quality documents
Boxing, labelling and palletising
Ability to pack at speed of production line
Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety

Previous food production experience
