Blue Arrow is recruiting for an Assistant Transport Manager to join a major distribution operation in Bellshill
. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Transport Supervisor, Transport Shift Manager, Deputy Transport Manager or Assistant Transport Manager looking to progress their career within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off Days 06:00 - 18:00

Salary Up to £44,000

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a busy 24/7 transport operation, leading transport teams, driving compliance, managing fleet performance and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.

• Leading and motivating transport teams
• Managing driver resource and transport plans
• Ensuring compliance with transport legislation and regulations
• Overseeing fleet availability, maintenance and service schedules
• Monitoring KPIs, budgets and operational performance
• Supporting customer service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deputising for the Transport Manager when required

• Transport operations leadership experience
