People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our brand new client based in Bellshill.

This is a fantastic ongoing opportunity offering regular 4 on 4 off shifts, paid induction, weekly pay, and long‑term work for the right candidates.

Due to the shift times and 03:00 finish, candidates must either drive or live locally to Bellshill.

The role will involve loading and unloading trailers, moving pallets in and out of the warehouse, and working in a chilled environment of around 2 degrees.

This role would suit candidates who have worked as a General Operative, Warehouse Assistance or Order Picker.

• 4 on 4 off
• 15:00 - 03:00
• 12‑hour shifts
• Ongoing work

• £14.21 per hour for the first 8 hours
• £17.05 per hour after 8 hours per shift
• £17.05 per hour for all hours worked on Fridays and Saturdays
• Weekly pay every Friday

• Loading and unloading trailers
• Moving pallets in and out of the warehouse
• Working in a chilled warehouse environment of around +2 degrees
• Moving high volumes of pallets during each shift
• Using PPT / ride‑on pallet truck equipment where required
• General warehouse duties
• Manual handling
• Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a small team
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Working on your own initiative when required

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a small team
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Must have hi‑vis and steel toe cap safety boots
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Able to work 15:00 - 03:00 on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• Must drive or live locally to Bellshill due to shift times and location

• Previous PPT / ride‑on pallet truck experience
• Previous chilled warehouse experience
• Previous experience loading and unloading trailers
