POSITION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email in French
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Profile
PROFILE
Are you a proactive organizer, negotiator, and problem-solver? This role involves working with a cross functional team both junior & senior partners and complex situations.
Native French speaker or advanced professional knowledge of French
Professional knowledge of Excel
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage stress
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
The profile is completed by quick learning, problem-solving skills, proactivity and the ability to work in a team.
