Position Overview
We are looking for a  Customer Service Technical Support – HVAC  to support the development and delivery of tailored HVAC solutions for customers and partners. This role combines strong engineering expertise with customer‑facing engagement, supporting the full lifecycle from technical consultation and solution definition through to commissioning and ongoing support. The position is based in Belluno and you will be able to work in a hybrid working model with 2 days per week from home.

Key Responsibilities Of

The Role

Collaborate with the Sales team to analyse customer technical requirements and propose customised HVAC solutions that are technically robust and commercially competitive.

Provide technical support during both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases, including application consulting, functional analysis, system configuration, and component selection.

Support the configuration, commissioning, and optimisation of HVAC systems at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Assist with technical troubleshooting, both remotely and on‑site, and supervise installation and commissioning activities when required.

Act as a technical interface with R&D and Product Management, providing field feedback to support product improvements and the development of new solutions.

Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, partners, and internal teams on the configuration, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation, presentations, and sales support materials to support commercial activities.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical roles within the HVAC sector, such as installation, system parameterisation, application engineering, technical support, or pre‑sales.

Solid understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.

Experience with electronic control systems and HVAC applications, including PLCs and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus and BACnet.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer‑focused mindset.

Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

Experience supporting system commissioning and optimisation in HVAC applications.

Exposure to OEM environments or complex HVAC installations.

Experience delivering technical training to customers or partners.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused solutions.

Strong interest in developing both technical expertise and commercial understanding within the HVAC industry.
