• Prepare all purchase orders on Pastel as per email instruction for all purchases excluding stores
• PO instructions are received up until 1 hour before close of business to be processed for the same day and PO requests received with less than 1 hour in the day left before close of business to be processed first thing the next day.
• Identify and inform creditors controller of duplication purchase orders in Pastel to be deleted
• Processing of foreign supplier invoices and reconciliation of accounts
• Responsible for supplier invoice query register
• Processing monthly rental invoices and reconciliation of accounts
• Follow up and record‑keeping of export documents for zero‑rated sales as per the UCR register
• Assist with month‑end supplier reconciliations
• Assistance with credit applications for new suppliers
