We're looking for a talented professional who can bridge the gap between business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to deliver successful system implementations—particularly within Salesforce.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Lead business and systems analysis across multiple projects
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators and technical teams
• Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops
• Oversee testing and successful solution delivery

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years' Business Systems Analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, XML, and databases
• Experience delivering implementation and enhancement projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agile and/or Waterfall project experience
