• Lead strategic consulting engagements and deliver measurable client outcomes.
• Analyse complex operational and supply chain challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Manage projects, resources, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to add value and grow existing client accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Support proposals, commercial discussions and business-development activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members and contribute to operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business Management
  .
• Minimum 8 years’ professional experience
  .
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in consulting, project leadership and/or business development.
• Strong exposure to MRO, spare parts, inventory, supply chain or industrial operations
  .
• Proven experience leading complex projects and multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong client relationship management and business-development experience.
• Demonstrated contribution to new business, account growth or revenue generation
  .
• Experience managing teams, resources and/or direct reports.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Cape Town based or able to work permanently from Bellville
  .

Experience with in mining, manufacturing, energy or other asset-intensive industries will be highly advantageous.
