Job Description

• Capture all incoming and outgoing stock items on our digital system daily.
• Check physical deliveries against delivery notes to ensure everything is correct.
• Inspect received stock for any visible damage before it is stored.
• Print out picking slips, dispatch notes, and stock documents for the team.
• Assist with regular, simple stock counts to keep inventory numbers accurate.
• Report any stock variances or counting differences to the manager quickly.
• Keep files like delivery notes and invoices organized neatly.
• Work with the buying team to report any incorrect deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace in the stores office.

• A Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Good clerical or administration experience, preferably in a wholesale or stores environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with any stock software.
• Good math skills for counting stock items accurately.
• A positive attitude, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
