Join Tucker Fresh IGA as our People & Culture Administrator, providing essential administrative and compliance support to our People & Culture team.

With 12 stores across the Perth metro area and a Support Office in Belmont, Tucker Fresh IGA is committed to supporting local communities and delivering fresh, quality produce.

We are seeking a capable administrator to support the day‑to‑day requirements of our HR and payroll functions through accurate documentation, data integrity and consistent process execution. This part‑time position offers approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and suits someone who is structured, detail‑focused and confident managing high‑volume tasks with accuracy and reliability.

About the Role

In this role, you'll support the People & Culture team with day‑to‑day HR and payroll operations focusing on compliance, documentation accuracy and data integrity ensuring all employee records, contracts, system updates and regulatory requirements are completed correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritise the maintenance of accurate and compliant employee documentation, including contracts, onboarding, variations and records.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding requirements and ensure all compliance steps are met.
  • Manage the People & Culture inbox and action routine queries relating to documentation and data entry.
  • Ensure HRIS, payroll and workforce systems (including TANDA) are updated with correct and timely information.
  • Track licences, visas, training, medicals, certifications and other statutory obligations.
  • Monitor expiry dates, follow up outstanding compliance items and maintain audit‑ready records.
  • Support internal audits, file checks, document reviews and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems in line with record‑keeping and retention standards.
  • Prepare templates, letters, trackers and administrative reports as directed.
  • Ensure all People & Culture procedures, naming conventions and version control requirements are adhered to.
About You
  • Experience in administrative roles, ideally within HR, payroll, compliance or data management.
  • High accuracy, strong attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks without losing momentum or quality.
  • Confidence using multiple systems and maintaining structured records.
  • Professional written communication skills; limited employee‑facing interaction required.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, data privacy and compliance standards.
