Are you a reliable labourer with a ‘Can Do’ attitude who enjoys working outdoors? Do you have some experience using a ride-on mower, brush cutters, or chainsaw? If so, a fantastic labouring opportunity awaits you.
We are looking for labourers to work out of our Belmont depot to service our client’s sites, which includes local shires, state government, and private companies. We are currently experiencing a strong growth in our business and need people who are fit and capable to work clearing vacant land, road verges, as well as residential properties.
Tasks & responsibilities:- Undertake various labouring duties under supervision or working alone
- Maintaining verges and blocks of land in accordance with fire mitigation standards
- Operating equipment - ride-on mowers, and grounds maintenance equipment
- Ensuring our service is of a high quality and standard
- Adherence to OSH standards
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Working rights in Australia
- Valid WA driver’s licence
- Be well presented, physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
- Work early starts Monday to Friday
- A valid National Police Clearance no more than 3-months old (or willing to obtain one)
- Possess a White Card (or willing to obtain one)
- Valid manual MR or HR licence
- Experience with ride-on mowers, commercial brush cutters, and chainsaws
- First aid
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum to reduce the amount of tax you pay
