An experienced and highly motivated full-time Store Manager is required at our Vinnies store in Belmont North. You will expertly utilise your visual merchandising and customer engagement skills to maximise sales opportunities from locals and visitors alike. As a people leader, you will inspire close cooperation among team members; guide and motivate them to achieve their individual and shared performance objectives.

Your

Responsibility
  • Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
  • Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
  • Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
  • Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
  • Role-modelling a "safety first" culture in store
  • Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
You Will Need
  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
  • Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching
  • Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
