Empyrean Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time, on-site Hospitality Sales Manager in Belmont, CA. This role will drive revenue across reservations, private events and catering.
Responsibilities include:- Build relationships with local businesses, event planners and community partners.
- Prospect, qualify and follow up on new leads.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and close business.
- Partner with restaurant and marketing teams on campaigns.
- Maintain the CRM, manage the sales pipeline and report results.
- Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, catering or event sales.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-management and closing skills.
- Experience preparing proposals and negotiating agreements.
- Comfortable using CRM and pipeline-management tools.
- Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
- Understanding of restaurant and catering operations.
- Available to work on-site in Belmont, including occasional evenings and weekends.
