JobOverview
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires SAFE Act registration and completion of required licenses and training.
Responsibilities- Works with clients to build a financial plan and recommend brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
- Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client financial goals and needs.
- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.
- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
- At least one year experience in the investments industry with in‑depth product knowledge.
- At least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Sets and accomplishes goals and builds strong relationships.
- Collaborates effectively, communicates confidently, and manages goals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Efficiently manages time and capacity, and incorporates regulatory due diligence.
- Strong computer skills with multitasking ability.
- At least three years’ experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment with exceeded goals.
- Additional designations such as CFP or CRPC.
- Obtained insurance licenses.
Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Minimum Education RequirementHigh School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Salary and BenefitsAnnual salary range $70,000 – $80,000. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan and industry‑leading benefits including paid time off and employee support resources.
