Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. We are an automotive shop that specializes in parts for modern performance cars, specifically Ford Mustangs. This position requires strong organizational skills, a detailed oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Work seamlessly with Inventory Manager to ensure parts are properly documented, pictured, and put away

Organize, clean, photograph, and put away parts from vehicles to be entered into inventory for sales

Keep picture and inventory areas clean and organized daily

Communicate with other staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls and assist with customers (based upon business needs)

Pull/fill orders from inventory and assist with shipping (based upon business needs)

Assist with inventory clean up projects (based upon business needs)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Dealership/automotive parts experience (1 years + preferred)

Knowledge of automotive parts/Mustangs preferred, but not required

Computer literacy (ability to use a picture app on phone); basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, websites)

Strong interpersonal and time management skills; ability to work with minimal supervision and stay focused on daily tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience operating a pallet jack/forklift (nice to have)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift, Monday through Friday; 8:00 am - 4:00 (sometimes 5:00pm); some weekend work occasionally may be needed or offered.
