Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Belmont, NC, in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 4-month-old. The nanny would typically be needed Monday – Wednesday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, and Thursday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (37 hours). The best nanny for this family would be kind, playful, active, and committed to consistent, open communication with the parents. A strong focus on health and safety is essential, along with a solid understanding of developmental milestones.

Daily activities will include tummy time, music, reading, stroller walks, and time outdoors in the neighborhood, while maintaining the existing daytime schedule. As the child grows, the nanny will take him on age‑appropriate outings throughout the community, such as story time, local parks, and library visits. Mom works from home a few days a week, so the nanny should be comfortable working collaboratively in a shared environment.
