Position Summary

Vallen’s Project Manager – Integrated Supply (TOP Team Project Manager) is an individual contributor position responsible for managing enterprise-wide project initiatives that cross multiple functional areas (IT, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, etc.) and may impact both Vallen and our customer business operations. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define project needs, scope, timeline, and resources for successful delivery.
  • Organize and lead enterprise-wide projects, including preparing and managing project plans, defining scope, setting milestones, and designing schedules.
  • Facilitate process improvement and process mapping.
  • Track progress against milestones, budgets, and performance indicators for quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Prepare and deliver senior leader and stakeholder communications and project progress reports.
  • Resolve and coordinate the resolution of problems to minimize delays or required project extensions.
  • Coordinate or assist with developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts; track go/no-go testing results for successful go-live activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within established quality standards.
  • Sign off on project completion.
  • Conduct post-implementation analysis for continuous process/project delivery improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between project teams, external clients, and other functional areas of the organization.
  • Prepare change management plans and facilitate change management activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • Supply Chain Management 3-5+ years of successful project management leading projects of significant enterprise scope/impact.
  • Change Management certification preferred.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Project or functionally similar project management tool(s).
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the technical aptitude to learn all company-specific programs and software applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Visio or functionally similar applications.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Strong ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence the actions of others.
  • Demonstrate planning, organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Quality mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
  • Long periods of time working on a computer and performing repetitive key‑boarding activities.
  • May be required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment (shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.).
  • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
