APEX Rejuvenation & Performance is a modern, cash-pay hormone and peptide clinic launching in January 2026, serving patients in Belmont, NC and surrounding areas. Specializing in evidence-based hormone optimization, metabolic health, and peptide therapies designed to improve longevity, recovery, and overall performance. Our model is intentionally lean and clinician-focused: the business handles marketing, patient acquisition, billing, inventory, and follow-ups—allowing providers to focus solely on high-quality clinical decision-making.
Role DescriptionWe are seeking our first and founding Nurse Practitioner to join APEX Rejuvenation & Performance. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity with long-term upside not typically offered in hormone or peptide clinics.
Responsibilities- Review patient histories, labs, and clinical notes
- Make treatment decisions and sign prescriptions
- Collaborate with an established supervising physician (already in process)
- Work fully remote/telehealth if desired
- Spend an average of 5–15 minutes per patient
- 20% of all prescriptions you approve
- Projected $8,000–$15,000+ per month within 6–12 months with planned scaling
- This 20% compensation is exclusive to the founding provider—future hires will not receive this structure
- Malpractice insurance coverage will be provided
- TRT
- PDA (legal BPC replacement)
- Other performance and longevity-focused treatments
This role is ideal for an experienced NP who wants autonomy, and income upside without the administrative burden of traditional practice ownership.
Qualifications- Advanced clinical skills such as diagnosing and managing patient conditions, conducting physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including educating patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- A thorough understanding of medical and pharmacological procedures, healthcare compliance regulations, and patient care best practices
- Time management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle a dynamic medical environment
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) and active Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification
- Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
- Previous experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred
- Multi-state NP license for telehealth — expand patient reach
- Experience with telemedicine platforms — ensures smooth remote visits
- Bilingual in Spanish — to serve a diverse patient population
