The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

Weekend Warrior Schedule- Full-Time Weekend Warrior position
- 16-hour shifts
- Consistent weekend schedule
- Additional Weekend Warrior Pay
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations throughout the weekend
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans of care
- Supervise, support, and provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Perform resident assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
- Serve as a clinical resource and point of support for the weekend nursing team

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and provide direction to the nursing team
