Sisters of Mercy Belmont, NC is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to lead a caregiving team on the night shift (7pm–7am). You will implement plans of care, provide high‑quality clinical services, and supervise CNAs, NAs, and HHAs on duty.
The ideal candidate holds a Licensed Practical Nurse license, BLS, and has at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatric or dementia care, with demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate.
