Assists the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in managing all aspects of a high-quality, efficient, and profitable kitchen. Must have a strong commitment to food quality and safety standards, ensuring consistency in preparing top-quality food. Contributes to financial goals by focusing on employee satisfaction, labor efficiency, and quality work.

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage with an ownership mentality
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor
• Ensure high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety
• Provide excellent service

• At least 5 years of experience in a full-service, high-volume, scratch kitchen
• Experience in and ideally leading an upscale casual restaurant
• Formal culinary training is a plus
• Servsafe or Food Handler certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude as a leader
• Exemplary cleanliness and sanitation practices
• Commitment to ongoing training and improvement
• Computer skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly
• A passion to excel
