• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.

• Friendly, dependable team players who enjoy helping others.
• No experience required—we’ll provide training.
• Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving merchandise).
• Open to feedback and eager to grow through free skill‑building opportunities.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to work in a team‑focused environment.
• Expect plenty of standing, walking, and using your hands; occasional climbing or balancing; heavy lifting up to 100+ pounds.
